Q: How do I know if she charges a fair amount?

A: As you might expect, Stacy charges more than some writers and designers and less than others. Everything she creates is customized, and Stacy is extremely transparent about her fees for each of her marketing-related offerings.

Q: How does the creation process work?

A: Creating magnetic marketing materials with Stacy is a collaborative process in which we co-create the end product together. This means that she designs or writes based on your input and feedback every step of the way. Working like this ensures that what is produced perfectly reflects your vision and what you want to put out to the world about who you are and what you offer. The details you share with Stacy can include important information, special words, colors, symbols, or designs that are meaningful. You can also send her examples of what you like if you have them. Stacy will send you drafts of what she’s designed or written. Your response will let her know if she’s headed in the right direction or if alterations are needed. After a few rounds of engaging in development, you’ll be extremely happy with the final result!

Q: How long are consultations, and where do they take place?

A: Consultations are up to 60 minutes long and take place on mutually convenient dates and times. They can be held over the phone or on Zoom (recommended) from the comfort of your home or office.

Q: Can they be recorded?

A: Yes, if you request having them on Zoom and ask for them to be recorded. If you do so, Stacy will send you MP4 videos after each session through Dropbox. This is a free app you can download onto your laptop, PC, tablet, or mobile device. It is your responsibility to make sure that your webcam, microphone, and Internet connection are working properly. By requesting that a recording of your Magnetic Marketing be sent to you, you agree not to distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display, or create derivative works from it in any way.

Q: If I want to move forward, what are the next steps?

STEP 5: Depending on the complexity of what you choose and any revisions you request, project completion usually takes between one and three weeks.

Q: What happens during a Discovery Call?

A: We meet either over the phone or on Zoom (recommended) from the comfort of your home or office for a brief conversation in which you and Stacy ask each other questions and get to know each other a bit. She’ll ask you about yourself, your practice or business, the services or products you offer, what type of marketing materials you want, and your goals. You can ask anything you’d like. We’ll also discuss the co-creative process, timelines, and other relevant matters. After this conversation, if you and Stacy feel energetically aligned and believe you are a good fit for working together, you can choose to proceed forward, but there’s no obligation to engage her services unless you feel irresistibly drawn to do so!

Q: What are the payment options?

A: Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, Venmo, or PayPal. If you’d prefer to make installment payments, you can apply for PayPal credit. They offer no-interest financing if the balance is paid in full within 6 months.
